Resizing Images In Bulk

After I had all my photos I intended to upload them to an image hosting sight such as flickr or picasa. However I encountered the problem that the file sizes where way too large. To fix this I learnt how to resize images in bulk to save allot of time as I have around 300+ photos. This is a quick video filmed on camstudio demonstrating how I did this
